Sore bottoms

Poor adrian is all poorly; he came home from work yesterday with either food poisoning or a tummy bug; we're all hoping the former for the rest of our sakes. So he's been tucked up on the sofa all day. He had his interview for his promotion at work yesterday and will hear whether he got the job or not tomorrow; fingers crossed for us!

It's been very rainy today; the girls were highly entertained by a big cardboard box and some metallic paints; they were out in the carport for a good 40 minutes, which in kid time is a LONG time!

I fell down the stairs outside as well today and severely bruised my bottom. I slipped on a puddle outside and tried to grab the railing but still fell down all 4 stairs all the same, so i've graunched my arms up as well. I would post photos of my already- spectacularly bruised bottom......but i won't!

I just had to post the top photo of Jenna feeding Heidi, it really makes me laugh. Since Heidi is a bit older now and the girls are so good, i can often persuade one of them to feed her some puree in the evening whilst i'm cooking dinner, so here's Jen rather enthusiastically giving Heidi some pumpkin last night :) And the other photo is Leah with a gorgeous picture she made for me at kindy today for Mother's Day- she's very excited and is counting down the sleeps until Mother's Day on my behalf, bless her!

Meeting went ok, i was almost asleep by the end of it. Have volunteered to clean the guttering and spouting at kindy on saturday - *note to self* think before volunteering!!!

Well, off to watch Supernanny and look after my sick husband. Feeling rather homesick and a bit down this evening; i think i need some sunshine. And my bottom hurts :( Love to all of you xxxx
