First day of school

I don't have any photos from today sadly, as the batteries were dead on the camera :( Bit gutted, but we'll have have to take 2nd day of school photos instead! She was absolutely fine, not a bother on her. i went in the classroom with her and she did the handwriting that was asked of her ( her name and the day) , then i turned around to get something out of my handbag, and when i turned back, she wasn't there but skipping around happily with a gaggle of girls in the playground. Nothing like cutting those apron strings in one foul swoop!! She looked tired when i picked her up at 3pm, but she's been a bit manic since then. But she's looking forward to tomorrow, so that's a good sign :)

Adrian and Heidi are both sick ( god, i can't wait until a week goes by where no-one gets sick!) with bad colds and coughs, i can feel i'm coming down with it too but for now am being a good little nursie and keeping everyone warm, topped up with liquids and soup and dosed up with paracetamol. Aren't i nice?? Chances of anyone doing that for me when i get it?? yeah, i would say pretty slim.........

No other news, life is quiet again for now, thank goodness :) xxxx
