Wild Mountain Goat, anyone?

Haven't got an awful lot to say today, thought i'd post some nice pics of the girls (for a change :) )

Have made reservations for the nice restaurant for Friday evening, woo hoo! I worked out before that it's been close to 2 years, if not more, since Adrian and i went out for dinner and i was able to drink; it's been literally aaaaages. Doesn't help that i seem to have been permanently pregnant for the last 5 years.

When i was making the reservation, the girl on the phone started telling me about some culinary competition they're entered into...........at this point Jenna started howling about something, and all i heard was something about a dish with Wild Mountain Goat in it, and "is that OK Mrs Bergman?". Of course, me being me, i didn't say "pardon?" , i said "yeah, that's fine" and hung up, and now i'm fervently hoping that i haven't signed Adrian and i up for Brulee of Wild Mountain Goat with creamed vegetables or something. Knowing me i probably have.

And talking of food, i'm going to the Auckland Food Show this saturday with David, Atsuko and Alicia ( and NOOOOOO children, hoorah!) Atsuko is a FoodShow veteran and apparently the main idea is to go along and pretend to be interested in posh wines but end up as drunk as possible. Will endeavour to take drunken wine-tasting photos ;)
