50p entry please

Well, there's going to be a change to the blog from now on. Having just read my site statistics and seeing that i'm getting over 450 visitors a month, i may as well cash in on it and make some money, so you technically all owe me 50p every time you click on my site from now on. Just think - i could be home with the kids in less than a year - now THERE'S incentive!!!!!

Only joking of course :) 20p will do, he he he!!!! maybe i should write a book like i've always threatened to do - i went to the bookshop to buy a stamp this morning and saw the new Bill Bryson book on display. He's one of my favourite authors - Notes From A Small Island is probably up there in my favourite 3 books of all time; i'm reading it for about the 20th time at the minute, it just never fails to make me laugh no matter how many times i read it. Anyway, i flirted for the briefest of seconds with the idea of maybe buying the book and not telling Adrian (devious, moi???!) until i saw that it was $54.99!!!!! I will never get over how expensive this country is! So clearly i need to write my own book and make people spend ludicrous amounts of money on my own ramblings.

I'm also reading a book called the Fishfinger Years by Fiona Gibson ( i do have a habit of having a few books on the go at any one time!) which is a child-rearing book i guess, but based on the premise that "raising children is like looking after a lot of very small drunk people". Also hilarious and i recommend it highly.

Anyway, didn't intend to turn this into Jo's Book Club, and my smallest drunk is awake now now i must pop. Love to you all and a big Get Well Soon to Carly - hope you feel better v soon :)
