2 musings I have today: You know you're a Stay At Home Mother when.......

• You measure the day by whether the weather is conducive to drying your washing. You get VERY excited if it is very sunny with a slight breeze (ie like today)
  
• You cut your finger and the only plasters you can find in the house are novelty cartoon plasters. (also like today; felt a bit of a plonker in my Hi5 plaster)

I need to get out more.


And talking of getting out more - our new car arrived today which will now be Adrian's for getting to work, and i have the lovely lovely big blue car, woohoo! I am very excited and literally can't wait to start driving now. Few more driving lessons and i will be away...........and quite clearly i will put on about 5 stone from driving everywhere; i may even become like my husband and drive the rubbish down to the end of the driveway for the ultimate in laziness, he he he!!! The things i need to practise are reversing and parking, and particularly reversing out of parking spaces. *yawn* Booooring stuff - i want to DRIVE!!!

Hmmm, anyone else having trouble accessing my blog??? The only way i can get to my blog now is via the link on Vicki's blog - doesn't work from the link on Carly's blog, nor if i type the address in the address bar. Veeeeery strange. maybe it is just my ancient computer.

Right, off to bed now; it is super muggy here tonight and i am sitting here in my swimming togs at 9.10pm.....roll on summer!
