More climbing
The more eagle-eyed of you night have noticed my fabulous just-out-of-the-shower appearance in the reflection of the window in the last photos - sorry about that.......good job i decided to wear a towel!!!!
Photo of Heidi today is her in the washing basket; i heard her singing to herself and went in to find her playing happily in there. It's not all that good a photo but she is showing off most of her 8 teeth to good effect so thought i would post it anyway. Today i walked into the lounge to find her scaling the bookcase. This is no mean feat - it involves climbing from the coffee table, onto the sofa, across onto the other sofa and then a bit of a jump onto the bookcase. HOW she managed it i would love to know - her body is pure pudge, devoid of any muscle tone and yet she is a master of climbing. Needless to say i bounded the entire length of the lounge in one massive stride and plucked her from the perils of a wobbly freestanding bookcase - it could have been ugly. Bloomin' baby - she thought it was hilarious and went for another turn. Think i will have to restructure the lounge this weekend.
We popped into kindy today to fulfil some chairpersonly (made up word of the day!) duties. I was quite horrified to see a bunch of 4 year olds dancing around to The Vengaboys and other random pop music from the late 1990's. Last time i heard any of that i was extremely intoxicated and about 18 - it was most disturbing to see children my daughter's age bopping around to it. I feel OLD. Althoughhhhhhh, yesterday a lady told me i didn't look old enough to have 3 children, so that was a welcome change to "you're 25???? Wow, i thought you were WAAAAY older than that!" Cheers.
Ah well, off to ogle Gordon Ramsay. Night all! xxx
