Muchos Moros!

Our new toy is just so fascinating!! Honestly, it has become our joint obsession, comparing humidity in different rooms of the house - the winner so far is (thankfully) Heidi's room, at only 54% humidity......the loser by far is our room which reached a record 85% yesterday; it's amazing seeing how much moisture it collects when you're tipping it down the drain in several litres worth.

We're doing a fundraiser at kindy at the minute; we've been sent boxes of Moro bars ( Mars bars) and we give a box of 20 out to each family to sell; they bring the money back, in theory the kindy raises over $1500. Well, the way i'm going through our box of Moros, i may actually raise that money single-handedly! It's just too tempting having that many chocolate bars in the house. What's even worse is that they're packets of 2, so if you open the packet you HAVE to eat both. I must sell my packs quick or i could quite well find myself having eaten 40 Moro bars! I already owe the box $6.......oh the shame

Mother's Day was lovely, i got a lie-in, then a rather rude awakening at 7.30 ( yes, that's a lie in!!!) when Leah and Jenna came bounding in with a magazine and some lovely colourings for me, and lots and lots of kisses! Then Adrian made me my favourite breakfast of pancakes with bacon and bananas and maple syrup which was very nice too. Leah went to a friend's birthday party in th afternoon and we went for coffee at Sheryl's, and i had a very pottery afternoon reading my magazine, eating Moro bars (!) and topped off with a sunday dinner made, cooked and cleaned up by my wonderful husband. Sounds boring i know but it was heavenly not to have to do anything!

Right, got to go back to kindy now, we're planning the disco and i've promised to donate all my glitter from my make up bag for the face painting, which, let's face it, i haven't used since i lived in London and used to go clubbing every night of the week practically! I'm sure the little girls will enjoy it more than i will!

Lots of love xxxx
