Cake :)

Evening all, just thought i'd post one last birthday shot of Jen with her birthday cake ( and in her new pyjamas, which got cake all over them *groan*) I think she had a good day, they were both very pleased to see Adrian, i think we're all rubbing each other up the wrong way at present. It's funny to think though, this time 3 years ago we were all sitting around at home looking at our gorgeous new teeny tiny dark haired girl; it seems like yesterday.

It's fairly late here, have got back from my committee meeting which was quick and uneventful, and now i can't sleep thinking about tomorrow and adrian fell asleep on the sofa so have made fairy cakes, stegosaurus shaped cookies and minature quiches and put them in the freezer for the party. Silly really, as i don't for one minute think that any children will eat mini quiches, they have a built-in nutrition barrier at parties! Well, they'll do for school lunches anyhow, and the baking was very therapeutic in that it made me busy. I seem to only have 2 gears at the minute; asleep or busy!!

Ho hum, i'd better go to bed, feeling far from home and a bit lonely tonight and a wee bit wobbly and in need of a hug :( Love and kisses to you all xxx
