Grumpy girls and poorly girls and birthday girls

yes, we have one very grumpy birthday girl; nothing is making her happy today unfortunately. I think it's all the anticipation and the whole birthday fever that has gripped the house that's doing it. It could also be because adrian woke her up at 6am so he could see her open her presents....hmmmm............

She did really well, she got a mermaid dressing up set (as modelled in the photo!), some books, a shopping game, some lovely new pyjamas, a personal stereo from nanny and grandad, a gorgeous bee towel (as modelled by leah) from mum and dad, and some craft stuff from emma and tom that arrived just as we were leaving for kindy. Thank you for all the lovely messages for Jenna as well, it's lovely to read them all :)

I have a kindy committee meeting tonight which i reaaaaaally don't want to go to, i'd rather tuck my girls in and then tuck myself up on the sofa under a blanket; it's just far too cold to be going out at the minute. Really dreading my appointment tomorrow but trying not to think or dwell on it too much either; not easy but i'll be so glad when tomorrow's over and done with and i can sit down with a big G&T. Will of course keep you all posted. Heidi has a hacking cough at the minute; i'm just so sick of winter and it's only just begun; i want to be warm!!

Ah well, so much to do, so little time to do it and all that, must get back to the mayhem........
