Daylight Savings

Ok, just to confuse any of my NZ readers ( who are probably more switched on than me in any case) the clocks do NOT go forward today; it's next week :(

As a matter of interest, Japan is the only major industrialized country not to have introduced Daylight Savings. Piece of randomness there for you. Jordan decided in 1999 that it would stick to summertime all year round - why can't they do that here????

Can you tell i'm fairly bored and reading about Daylight Savings Around The World???!!
