Happy Birthday Dave!

Happy 22nd birthday to my big little brother Dave :) My poor, tormented brother who should, by rights, absolutely hate me due to years of torment and blackmail from his horrible older sister. He's a fantastic guy, one of the most generous people i've ever known, and i miss him terribly; i haven't seen him in 2 years and i'm sincerely hoping i'll get to see him again very soon. We love you loads Dave, have a fantastic birthday xxxx

And now i've written that i'm sitting here staring out the window pondering if he is in fact 23.........i've just realised i've absolutely no idea - how awful is that??? I know he was born in 1983, which must mean he's 23....i think......that makes me feel so OLD!!!!!

And happy Father's Day to all fathers out there, especially my daddy who is clearly the best daddy in the world. I love you lots too dad and hope you have a nice Sunday as it's not actually Father's Day in England today :)

Well i'm writing from my new abode,all set up and stuff. It wasn't as traumatic as previous moves due to the new house being only round the corner from the old one. I don't mind admitting i had a good old self-pitying sobbing session when we arrived as it just looked horrible all bare, and well, rather wierd. I must take a photo of the outside of the place which, if it were to be described on a paint can, would be called Toilet Block Green. I will endeavour to take a picture this week.

The neighbours speak no English and appear to have an onion factory line in their garage. I've seriously never seen, or smelled, so many onions.

Now everything's in i actually don't mind it, and it's nice that the girls are contained in the back garden and not able to escape. It's a lovely cul-de-sac and rather reminiscent of Ramsay Street, hee hee, although we are clearly the noisy neighbours with too many children!

The weather is beautiful today so we're going to have a BBQ tonight, so i'm afraid i'll love you and leave you and get onto the important business of drinking wine so that eating cheese and chicken sausages isn't such an ordeal! More during the week, love to all of you xxx
