Quiet weekend

It's been pretty quiet this weekend.....adrian had friday off work and i went into Howick and donned a pink wig and sold the pink breast cancer ribbons, which was a very worthwhile thing to do but also very sad. It was amazing how many poeple came up to us and told us their stories - from a gentleman who had lost his wife to it only the week beforehand to the young woman who had lost her best friend aged 29 - i felt very humbled and very sad at the end of the shift. Go buy a pink ribbon :)

Today we went into the central city to a friend's apartment and went swimming on his rooftop pool pretty much a stone's throw away from the Sky Tower - it was very cool. Don't have much to report other than i am still here and the end of the pox is in sight, hoorah! School starts back tomorrow but i'm thinking probably Wednesday before leah can go back.
