Groupe F

Another fantastic weekend in the city of sails....i say that a lot, don't i? I love my weekends here! I was thinking last night that i wished i wasn't so homesick for England, because i do really love it here, but i know i won't be here forever, so i will just enjoy it while i am here.

Yesterday Adrian had a gig in Western Spings at the Pasifika festival; in the same place U2 did their gig when they came over, no less! I did take photos but they are all exceptionally rubbish, so you won't be getting any. However, i am going to attempt to put Adrian's band's video on here so you can all watch it. here goes......

Ok, couldn't work out how to put it in my post, so it will have to stay at the top of the blog permanently! Look out for Adrian playing the drums :)

And then last night i went to Auckland Domain to watch Groupe F, a group of French Pyrotechnicians (or should it be pyrotechnics? Not sure!) open the AK07 festival. I have never ever seen anything like it in my life; it was just incredible. If ever they're around, pay as much money as you have to to see it, it was amazing. Although ours was free, so it was even better!

3 more sleeps until driving test. Am feeling sick, and wishing i hadn't told anyone i was doing it, because if i fail i am going to feel so stupid. Hoping i don't fail.
