"Salted nuts, Sir?"
New Zealand should well be in Eurovision - it's a crying shame that i will not be able to watch the pure singing genius that is Scooch's entry for England. Pah. I may fly home for an evening to watch it. It's all making me rather homesick for all things cheesy and Terry Wogan and Eurovision partays. Pah.
I am also re-loving Take That. And wouldn't you have thought, that if they were going to Australia, they would come over here and see me? I would think that. Especially as i am the only person i know in this country that owns the Greatest Hits of Take That. New Zealand just doesn't do cheese. I am in the wrong place. Pah.
I am currently making a Beef and Red Wine pie and it smells yummy. My cooking mojo, having eluded me for the past month or so, has clearly returned. Seriously, it was really bad there for a while. I even burnt a shepherd's pie.
Very much enjoying having a drivers licence, i feel very growed up. Well, as grown up as i can be with Take That blaring out the window at School pick up time. (he he he! I will be perenially 17, methinks!) I even drove on the Motorway on saturday ON MY OWN! Granted, it was about 1km of motorway, but merging ain't easy for a little worry wart like me, so i was proud. The one thing i have to work on is b-r-e-a-t-h-i-n-g when i drive on the motorway. I realised i am holding my breath through nervousness and then i start seeing stars and feeling faint, which obviously is not conducive to effective driving.
Looking forward also to the impending arrival of our baby niece, courtesy of Adrian's brother and his wife. Only a few weeks to go - i am VERY excited about having a newborn to squish but not being in any physical discomfort myself. Tee hee :)
Anyway, enough of what i am looking forward to and upset about. Off to watch Oprah and then consider picking the children up. xxx

Hi Jo,
It's Emilie Cathy's daughter. I'm spending a few days with my parents over in France. Mum has your blog under her favourites and once again I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your blog. Last summer I did actually write down the web address and had every intention of saving it under my favourites at home, but do you think that I have done it?? No!! It's still in my bedside table drawer.. Glad to see that life is still treating you all well. Your 3 girls are as gorgeous as ever!!
I really think that you should have your blog made into a book. It is so Bridget Jones but with children and faboulous illustrations in the form of photos!! Seriously! I reckon it would be a best seller. You are hysterical!
Well I bumped into your lovely mum and brother Chris last weekend. They were shoppoing in Worthing and I was looking for underwear for my wedding. Think I put my sister in an early labour (she's got 7 weeks to go) with the amount of walking around we did.
Anyway, I just wanted to really say hello and to encourage you to keep writing this fabulous blog!
love to you all
Emilie
