Bug-ger Off

Oh poo, the digital camera broke :( So i'll have to give you old photos instead of new ones for now. Thought you'd like to see our house (- note the patio door that opens right up but goes to nowhere!), and thought i'd throw a bump photo in for those of you who never got to see how fat i got, hee hee!! This was taken literally about an hour before my waters broke, so it never got any bigger than this, thank god! (And just in case anyone was wondering, my head was cut out because i was taking photos of the maternity wear to sell on ebay - i do still have a head)

Heidi definitely does not have blue eyes like the other girls; the general consensus is that they are brown but i think they look a bit green?? We shall see.... I finally found a way to distract Heidi at dinner time, for she seems to know exactly when i'm about to sit down and eat, even if i've just fed her, and kick up a fuss, hence i have to eat with a baby on my lap every night. But last night, (this is awful, i know!) i stuck her in her chair in front of the evening news and she sat there quite happily and chatted and cooed at the newsreader man on the telly, and i got to eat with TWO hands! What a novelty :)

I saw the funniest advert yesterday; here's kiwi humour for you - "Bug-ger Off Fly and Bug Spray" !!!! It's one of the funniest things i noticed when i got over here, the way they throw words like 'crap' and 'bugger' into the evening news reports, and especially the weather, ie " Look out in Auckland over the weekend, it's going to be quite crappy weather" Makes me laugh every time!!

If you can be bothered doing it, post a flag to show me where in the world you're reading from - just click on the Guestmap icon under the clock, i'd love to know who's reading and keeping up with us!

Well i'd better start my day; Leah and Jenna are watching Transformers ( as in the old classic 80's robot things, it's ancient but it's leah's favourite new programme! I said maybe Uncle Dave might send her some of his old Transformer toys over??? We all know you still play with them Dave, ha ha ha!). We've got chocolate brownies to make and then a trip to the park for a picnic with my friend Paddie and her twin babies and another friend Sheryl, who is the only other person i know mad enough to have 3 children under the age of 4 and a half!! Then Adrian is rehearsing tonight so i will probably eat the aforementioned brownies whilst watching Bridezillas (fab american programme about crazy brides) - it doesn't get much better than that in this house!!

Just before i sign off, Carey, sorry to hear about your job; i hope you find something equally as fantastic soon; i'm sure you will :) And Vicki, SOOOOOO excited for you honey, big (((hugs))) !!

Love and kisses to everyone *mwah*
