6 hours to go......

Ok, well i obviously wasn't too excited that i didn't sleep, had a great night and Heidi would have slept through if i hadn't woken up with a start, somehow convinced myself that Heidi had crawled under our covers. I must have been in semi-sleep because i was searching underneath the duvet, and then when i realised she was in her cot, picked her up (groan, you'd think i'd KNOW after having 3 kids, wouldn't you?) to check she was breathing which of course she was none too impressed with. Honestly. I thought i was over that whole oh-my-god-i-can't-hear-the-baby-breathing stage now!!

Just checked the live flight info for Auckland airport and they're an hour late so far, so not going to rush out to the airport just yet. It's raining here today, which mum will be pleased about, she sounded a bit sick of the hot weather they've had over the last 5 days. Leah has just run in all excited and announced that it's "no more sleeps to go !" I wonder if she'll remember them.

Anyhoo, best go finish tidying the burgled-looking house - it's probably good they're running late given the amount i still have to do!! Will leave you with the photo of heidi at 6 months i promised yesterday.....count those arm rolls!
