Greetings from Seoul!
Hello from Seoul! I have landed safe and sound at Incheon airport and i have a few hours to kill before i get on my next plane to Auckland. It's rainy and windy here in Korea and i just found a free internet booth :) Flight was really empty so i had 3 window seats all to myself to sprawl out on; always good! Hoping for the same on this flight too.
Wow. What an incredible adventure the last couple of weeks have been. I never in a million years thought i would be able to do this alone. I haven't done it very WELL alone, granted; there have been more pathetic tears than i imagined, but i've still (almost) done it! I'm definitely not cut out to be a solitary traveller. The highlight of the trip has to be seeing Mum's face at Heathrow - i'll never forget it. And of course seeing so many of my friends and family who i haven't seen in 3 years; i have many nice memories, and photos will follow when i get home.
SO looking forward to seeing Adrian and the girls; it's all that's keeping me going right now. Thank you so much to everyone who made my trip such a fantastic one, especially my fabulous Dad, without whom, none of this would have been possible. I love you all so much, and i'll be in contact when i'm back in NZ.
kisses and hugs ALL round xxx
